Sounds like a good UPS guy in your location. i had a good exp with UPS here, there was a mix up on the shipping and delivery date when my dat was to arrive, so i was out of town, anyways, somehow the bag was punctured and most of the water leaked out, the UPS lady couldnt get a hold of me so she rushed the dat over to the local LFS where they were able to save him.
I have more problems with UPS than any other method of shipment. Most of the time they are accecptable, but every once in awhile they really drop the ball. When its up to me I choose alternatives.

DHL is the best in my area. Fedex being the worst. They just go down the truck and
put the sticker on the door.
If youre getting a fish that you absolutely cannot risk losing, then air cargo is the way to go . Odds are higher that you will get the fish and box in one piece.

i've had simaler probs with shipping of auto parts both with ups and fedex over and over this has kept me from aquiring and rare fish.
is air cargo something i can use in canda?
Air Cargo can still screw you over though...as several members on another board found out...

His 3" fish turn out to be like 1/4" fry. He's also very close friends with mojo, so I won't be doing business with him again. Besides, I know the source he's getting all his fish that you ordered from in Argentina. I'm working on circumventing him. I've met the source in person, and collected with him. Great guy.

that turns ALOT of people off. Mojo dicks people and because he is friends with Rapps, people instantly get a bad taste in their mouth.
1 thing is for sure, no one likes *******s, so be cautious who your friends are.
