This thread depresses me, I guess I'll only eat at McDonalds every other day now.

I know it is the kind of thing that is fun to poke fun at especially when you do not understand the whole concept. However, it hit close to home for me. I don't want my kids to have to watch me die, gasping for air, lungs filling with fluid, due to cancer the same way I watched my Dad pass away a few months back. I have been making huge lifestyle changes and wanted to share some of the information in hopes that this would benefit another family.
Yeah man, no offense meant. I do get the importance and have been trying to make some changes myself, we just like to kid-around here.

Have not watched it yet but is in my instant queue. Been making a lot of personal changes myself, hence the garden. Fresh and organic as much as possible.
