I also had a great experience with them, Whem I purchased 2 AC110's from them one of them came to me cracked, called them up and they sent me a replacement right away, it was so nice.

One of my fish was DOA because FedEx didn't ship it in the right time, we called them and they just sent us a new fish free of charge with no actual proof the fish died, we discarded our fish and received a new one a few days later.
No reason that I could discern. I just found it dry. I pulled it, ran the hot motor under cold water, plugged it in, and the impeller turned. I reinstalled it and it worked perfectly while the replacement was on the way. I was going to offer to pay them for the new filter, but when I went to make the swap it was dry again. I think there may be a problem with the motor. I have 20 AC filters and this is the first problem I have had in 3 years.
They're great they always have competitive prices and their customer service is top notch too. The only bad thing about them is they use fedex smartpost to ship, which imo, is the worst idea in the history of the world. Just google it and you'll know what I mean. Make sure to ask for ups ground (smartpost is default ground shipping) and you'll be safe.
