Cohazard: Any estimate on amount needed to fill a 84x30x30 with 2-3"?

A crap ton? :grinno:

I don't know for sure man, but it took 60lbs to get 2" in my 48'x24'x24'.

For yours, I would guesstimate 200lbs.?

HTH, maybe someone who has owned a tank that big and used gravel can help.

Biggest I've had was 72x24x24, and I used 100lbs of gravel to get 1.5" I think.

Hmm so the question now is how heavy are each bag that's being shipped in the 4 bag case :WHOA:

Each bag is 5lbs.

As we all know, shipping substrate can kill your wallet, especially if you're going to need 200lbs!

I would suggest hitting up a local LFS, and see if they can stock it, they can contact the jebo warehouse perhaps? I'm not sure how that works, contact Chris about that one.

If you do need a large amount you can contact your LFS to order products from me by a skid/pallet which would cost a couple of hundred dollars but it can fit lots of stuff.

how about an address for the wherehouse or store, I have friends in So-cal and i travel that way sometimes, but im not good with the area. I can mapquest it and see which friend will have to grab this for me :) I was going to do a sand bottom but not now :)

The location is given in the link, here it is again:

Don't call the warehouse, call Chris's cell:626-589-8885

Thanks going to see if my lfs will bring it in
