Other than the,'sturgeon',hiccup that sounds like a really nice place...I wish it was in my area,we have lost our best stores in the past few years...

haha my mistake on the "sturgeon" thing. but whatever, the place is great either way and the catfish is creepy no matter what the way it comes out of the water at you for food making all sorts of noises. but cute at the same time the way it begs. I think I will be heading back over to get some live plants and driftwood. Their plants are huge and not very expensive and they look super healthy.
But driftwood question, they charge 14.99 a pound or you can buy already priced driftwood. Do you think that is over priced? I haven't seen any other places around her sell driftwood, besides online places so I don't know if that is way over charging or what.

I don't know the weight, but a foot long piece of mopani is usually retail priced 14 bucks. The smaller pieces are 8.
Mopani isn't real cheap.
Malaysian is a bit cheaper but not by much.

That's at drsfostersmith. Significantly cheaper than most fish stores, since they usually have a mark up because they can't sell in the same bulk.

it looks to me like it's the mopani. i mean they had some really awesome looking pieces and if you messed around with the pieces until you found two smaller ones, you could get two for the one pound, but most of them weighed almost 2 pounds each so it kind of screws you no matter what on price. I think I will just have to order from dr.fostors. I have looked on there but was kind of hoping to be able to pick my piece out I guess but their large piece looks nice on the link you posted.
