Found a real Red Texas

I actually had to do some research on the hybrids.. glad i didnt spend a load on this fish but i managed to find 1 ahop with true red texas. they were about $100 and maybe 2" if that big. i didnt take a chance on them as the store owner said they may fade. but they were red as a tomato and fully speckeled. very nice.

Hi everyone just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in I ordered 4 red texas from thailand And only 1 faded out of the batch It's a little more orange then red right now but I have a lot of hope The pictures are from my phone sorry about the quality .

Super gets thrown around a lot and is essentially a marketing technique. Basically means high quality or really red.

I just wanted to chime in, The fish in pic 2 is not really that red. Its done with tannying lights or aro lights.
I have bred SRT for years and i have used the lights for show tanks. All of the pics above are the same fish (edit the first pic is a different fish)
Also Blaze504: MSG me I am local and have some fry right now, I usually dont sell them unfaded but I will hook you up with some grow outs if you want.
