Considering Palembangs are piscivores by nature, not a good idea to keep them with other fish... they can and will kill other fish in the tank if given the chance... also, since they act like logs / rocks, a lot of fish will swim quite near them or above them, and they will try and attack the fish from below...
Best to keep these puffers in a tank by themselves, or as a species only tank (if you have enough space for more than one)
