Found some tanks which one is a good deal?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the lady emailed me and said i would have to buy a return pump for the sump pump. This is my main problem with the 125 as ive never used a system like this. I have a 125 in my basement my dad said i could have but it needs a stand and top and lighting. I figured the one of these tanks would be a better option or if i got the 75 the 125 would be there if i ever wanted it and could get everything i needed for it. Thoughts anyone

I would go for the largest tank for the best deal. The more you can get with it the better (heater, filters, lights, etc.)

I found my 55 with stand, lights, 2 filters, and a box full of chemicals/food for $75. Its my first tank and while I am limited to the fish I can choose, if I decide fish keeping is not for me I can sell it and make some money. Or if I decide to upgrade I will have a good sized growout if needed.

I honestly think that were i am in my life right now that setting up a 125 isnt the smartest thing. My schedule makes it so im not home 3-4 nights a week and until i get my own bigger place i think the 75 would be great since my fish are just babies. The 75 wont go up till i move out cuz i have my 55 up that belongs to my father so im leasing that u could say. I saw this tank and for the price and what im getting i think its a insane deal. Does this makes sense cuz i dont wanna get into something my life cant handle right now.

in the end its your choice, but let me tell you after you get your 75 youll end up thinking you need bigger.when i got my 55g i thought it was huge then it got smaller and smaller the longer i had it and the same thing is happening to me again with my 140g.
