Found this tonight...any ideas?

It is HIGHLY frowned upon to put crayfish in the same aquarium with ANYTHING, they kill just about everything, fish, frogs, shrimp, snails, clams and even other crayfish. At first they may not fight but in the end one or the other will kill the other.

Some times you can get crayfish to live together in one aquarium but it needs to be about 15 gallons per crayfish, and some times that isn't enough. But if you put some thing in an aquarium with a crayfish expect it to be killed and/or eaten or vice versa

Looks a lot like the one i caught in my minnow trap. Nice red color and was pretty big. I still have him in a 20 gal right now. Just make sure he cant climb out, i woke u at 3 in the morning with the dog barking at him crawling across the carpet.

That's one awesome looking crayfish for you to have just found it somewhere. Usually wildcaught in most of the US are ugly. How is it doing?

ya my dog flipped out when one of mine escaped as well. it was standing in the middle of the hallway waving its claw at me. i keep a baby one in a 10 gal but i have two with my red ear sliders, i figure they will become food one day but they leave each other alone for the most.
