Found worms in my sump tank

I am not digging for threads I remember you in lol....this is now a moot point...like I said.

Why are you refusing to base what you say, which is pretty personal and targeted at me, on facts? Its pretty easy finding the threads I've posted in. They are not many...click on my username, postings, find all content at the bottom, and you'll get all I've posted in. Link the "many threads" where I beat about a dead horse....

I remember one was over whether nitrates were harmful in large quantities or not lol, but again I'm not digging, this threads dead now. let it go homie. No need for a junk measuring contest in someone else's thread. We are the only two talking at this point, why do I have to prove what I believe about you? You've already stated you don't know me, why now is my opinion of you so important haha, I'm just a guy on the internet apparently on the opposite side of the pond, but NOW you care. Last post right....here.

Don't flatter yourself. Its not your opinion that matters. The truth matters most and if your opinion supports the truth, then it matters as much.

This one? The one in which someone claims plants are not as efficient in removing nitrates as denitrification. Yet, all their tanks are planted and they have not tried what they preach about...i.e. denitrification by means of anoxic zones in their own tank, with their own stock...E.g. the microbiologist that doesn't know nitrates can't be tested accurately even in labs? Or claims terrestrial plants are CO2 deficient in most cases...lol...I've had enough of that myself...

I don't see the worms move around like Planaria video. They just sit still on the glass still as can be. I stuck my hand in and moved the dirtiness off the worm and it kinda looks like a normal earth worm but crazy small.

Detritus worms wouldn't worry they are harmless.

Sounds like detritus worms to me. Have a closer look at their heads. Planaria are flat worms that have an arrow shaped head and move more like snails rather than worms. There are many types of detritus worms, different colours and sizes. Some are tiny and move in an S shape. Some look very similar to earthworms and are quite long/big but none have the arrow shaped head. Detritus worms are fairly healthy fish food and some people populate their substrate with them as additional food for the fish. I'd scoop them and feed the fish with them...You might even consider keeping the population in your sump intact and feed them as fish food:) I probably would in your situation :)...
