Thanks for the comments. He's only 8" tip to tip. I feed him regularly and do water changes 30% twice a week. I feel he's rather small though. My buddies rd is pushing 13" and we bought our fh at the same time/size. Asides from size, I'm very happy how he's developing, particularly his face. I like his tight shutting mouth. After 5 failed spawns, I've decided to remove the parrotfish until a later time. We'll see if this helps in a few months. Cheers.

Not much has changed with Frankie. I did realize the food I was feeding him was way too small though. Switched him to large size pellets and he seems much fuller. Also moved him into a 100 gallon, at my shop. I'm hoping he will like the extra crowd.

Thanks! I've had him paired with a bp for 6 months, after 5 spawns I'm afraid this guy lacks ammo in his pistol. For now I'll just enjoy him how he is, maybe try again this summer.

He's not taking the move so well, From the bedroom to my shop. From 3 faces to 100+ people a day and is quite timid now. I decided to throw some of his neighbors in with him last Friday in hopes of calming him some. The dithers seem to be helping and he's out of the corner. I'll keep a close eye on him, I chose the fastest fish I had and provided some nooks so things should be fine. I am worried about him scuffing himself though.
