Personally I dont think either are ZZ straight up.
They both look like hybrid. The while has more rd/midas in it than anything, almost a lil Xilo. The other is part ZZ, and the greyish tone, and awkward head shape, is somewhat paratheraps/vieja

This is a female trimac in breeding color, I'm not suggesting yours is a trimac but, since FHs are based on trimac X something else, this may be a (female?)trait carry over.
my sand is crayola play sand from canadian tire $10 for 20lb's and it is the best stuff ever, i have it in all my tanks and i love it, super fine, and its already non toxic because idiot kids eat sand.... colour doesnt bleed, its great the only downer is it is only avaliable in 4 colours that i have found..

and before anyone goes off about it being not safe or whatever it is legit i have used it for the last 2 years and i havent ever had a problem..
add it to your tank wet and dont POUR water on it or you will end up with a million flying filter destoying sand particles that go everywhere but put it in a bucket and rinse it , comes super clean out the bag by the way, and carefully add it to your tank with a big cup go slow once its down its down but when you add it to a full tank unplug filterrs
if its for a new set up , put it in and get it damp , put a bowl or something down and pour water in the tank on the bowl or plate to not stir the ish out of it, good to go
my terrors love it , my cuban too digs massive holes for no reason , then fills them in and digs a new hole,

I literally laughed out loud when you said that. I agree that it looks like a fader and a ZZ/fader. He does look sort of like a female Trimac in breeding dress, except with pearls, I don't know, maybe it's a transvestite? I'm sure some of those fry will be lookers though!
Looks nothing like a Midas. One is a very low grade fader, and the other is a very low grade red dragon. Don't get discouraged though we all start some where, and who knows the babies might be nice.
