Free beat-up 60g stand/canopy in socal

I've got a free 60 gallon acrylic tank to anyone that wants it to go with this setup - if it helps move it along. It was previously plumbed with a bulkhead but has since been plugged and is water tight, has hard water stains and needs to be cleaned up - but hey - it's free.

So some one on here stands to get an entire 60 gallon setup for free if they're willing to do a little bit of driving.

Thanks man. And yes, it does look better than alot of the stuff other's sell on here. Its just I don't feel I should charge for a stand with this much damage. It just needs a new base (which is currently particle board). The framework is solid wood 2x2's that are still strong. Once the doors are closed, the setup is nice. I used it for my reef setup, and when guests came over, they loved the setup. Lesson to everyone!!! Don't use particle board stands for a reef tank!!!

Particle boards looked like sh*t once water touches it! Lesson is to pay the extra bucks for a stand made from real wood. If someone is handy and give your stand some TLC by replacing the base I think it would look nice.

Formica or however you spell it makes a good internal covering for stands too...little easier than weather proofing the stuff.

LOL, I bought this stand/canopy 5 years ago... when I was a financially challenged student.... now I am still financiallly challenged... but I saved my pennies to buy a nice pine stand for my new 135g reef setup. LOL!
