  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
:crazy:Well telling my wife your stories has made me and my daughter look a lot less crazy. We show horses all across the country. And now we also have gotten addicted to aquariums. Anyways I am down near Columbus and have a Dodge 3500 diesel dually and a gooseneck flatbed capable of hauling 15 thousand pounds. So if you need help hauling that thing and I am not at a show somewhere I would be happy to help you move it safely, just to get a look at your fish.

***UPDATE***
WELL GUYS, HERE WE GO AGAIN , THIS WEEKEND WE ARE GOING BACK TO NEW YORK, we bought a 2005 chevy equinox at the auction to replace the truck that we lost last weekend (left in new yourk) , and i built a smaller fish box it is 32"x 35" x 20" tall and it holds 100 gallons of water, that is all i can fit back there, we lined it with a 20 mil tarp it is real thick, so we can fill the tub up to the top and tie the rest of the tarp together, so it will be splash proof, i installed the power inverter and the air pump with 3 outlets, 1 for the wood frame box for the tiger shovelnose and then in the back seat of the vehichle i have a large tub for the armatus , they will both have air, but on this trip we will have no filter system hooked up, i did not have time to build my usuall filter system for the boxes, mainly because we are useing a tarp to close up the box, if i had the room, i would have built the box bigger and had a screw on cover that had a hole in the top with a tight fit drop in garbage can that i fill with bioballs and run a power head from the box to the top of the garbage can draining through the bio balls and drill a few holes in the bottom of the garbage can for draining back to the tub where the fish are, it helps out alot on long trips, that is how we got the 19 huge catfish back from washington(36 hour trip) without any loses in a 800 gallon pond, filled about 3/4 way so it was like 600 gallons for 19 30" to 40" fish.
but this time it is only a 10 hour trip, we might have to stop halfway back and do a water change, but of got plenty of prime just in case,
i will post pics along the trip, were leaving sat morning around 4 am
take care

What type of fishes are you getting from your trip to New York?

well we were going to pick up a 24" armatus and a 34" tiger shovelnose catfish, the trip was mainly for the armatus, and then after i built the new fish box and got all ready for the trip, we were supposed to leave this morning at 5:00 the owner of the fish sent us this picture stating that it jumped out and died last night,
