is the dog fixed by any chance thats another important information people need to know, what vetting did it get since you found it.

for the best chance of adopting it out- not to label it with the word "pit" cross cuz theres too many idiotic people that screams and runs for the other direction. Our family have owned pits in the past and its just from hard experience.

best chance is to label it a heinz 57! or a terrier mix. or shepherd mix- instead of a pit/dobe/rott mix regardless of its parentage it looks like a great dog.

I also am holding reservation on saying how old it is as it as a member already pointed out its 6-7 months old- I'm holding my judgement on that due to the graying it might be the color it was born with on its nose/muzzle.

Cheers

letting him run around your neighborhood is a GREAT! way of finding him a new home- either the pound(hopefully) or theyll put him down(probably)

its tough on everybody- even no kill shelters are saying no to people trying to give their pet a chance to find a home than being put down.

I'm also max'd out on animals in this household too- so understand what you're going thru and you're doing a good thing keeping it healthy and just keep on rolling out the ads to see if any one would want it as hes a super cute dog. If I wasn't in another state I probably would have been sweet talking some agency that works with training dogs for disabled people to give him a shot.
