:irked: thats backwards thinking... TO SMALL :D

a 4 1/2 (For EVERYONE outside of Quebec thats Quebecer for a 1 or 2 bedroom... took me a while to figure this out when I moved here that they could all the rooms in a house... not just the bedroom :screwy: So thats a Kitchen, Dinning (second Bedroom) room, Bedroom, Living room and a bathroom (hence the 1/2... even though it's a full bath :screwy:)) is big enough for a nice Ply Tank in the Dinning or livining room :D

i just found my new appartment.bigger and in a basement, pretty nice.so there will not be any trouble with weight.however,i don't want a monster tank.i'm far from being rich and i doubt the owner would like it...
my 90 will be stocked with piranhas (xp3)
for those who asked, yes i can cut it anyway i want, thats my job..
for now (spacewise and moneywise) the idea is 36x16x20

i like the idea ofhaving a nice amazon river like tank but..freakin money is an issue here so can't have a filterfor it now.i have 5 HOT filters that could fit the small tank.
(2 50gal 1-30 and 2-15)

keep sugestion coming,shape and size

Is it tempered glass or not? What was it used for before?

close to montreal
the apartment is 1 big bedroom,1small br,wide livngroom, kitchen and bathrm
i'll have the 90 in the living a small onewith shrimps and the one i will build..dunno where could be in the living too maybethe small room but thats where i gonna play guitar.

no not tempered...of course
was a tabletop
you're talking to a glass man:D

You could always sell it to a fellow MFK member :)

Really, I would make a tall tank out of that. It is 1/2 so it is good for up to about 24" high.

A corner tank would be cool, but bowfronts are cooler for them. Since you have access to glass working equipment could you actually make a bowfront?

i could not do it myself.that was my job few years ago, glass bender.but was crazy...so hot in the summer.melting glass need lots ofheat and you can't have a open style shop bcause a single breeze can ruin the glass.

i can sell it to someone close if interested.

and...if you need glass for a tank and youre in montreal or close,i'd be happy to cut it at your dimension.my prices are good:naughty:and i deliver

to get back to topic...keep sugestion coming.i need inspiration
