the hagen website had a survey you could fill out. it was basic demographic questions and your thoughts on hagen products. they said by filling out the survey you would get sent a package of hagen products valued at $30 in 3-6 weeks.
one forum member wrote to hagen after 6 weeks went by, and actually got a response along the lines of "we didn't expect so many participants for the survey so we are behind schedule on shipping out the packages"
but as far as i know, no one has received anything and i'm venturing to say it's around the 10 week mark since i've filled out that survey.
