All my fish eat hakari and i see no difference than people who feed their fish other foods.(willing to put my fish against anyones else's on another brand for size,color,health and spawn sizes).its all in how you take care of your fish and the variety of food you give them,no one kind of food is going to give your fish every thing it needs,variety is the key.

Throw it in an envelope with a label of your currenht fish food and you're done. In a few weeks you receive free fish food that you probably will forget that you asked for anyway.
