Nice. Perhaps an animal park or zoo will take her at that size. I work at a zoo so I know they are reluctant to take a lot of animals but at that size, they may reconsider.

Yeh, there's really no one important to talk to over the phone. Best thing would to most likely be to drive over to the Bronz Zoo or the Central Park Zoo and try to get a hold of someone.
