Stay with me on this... I like to muse on aquarium topics concerning filtration.
I understand the need to hide filters, hoses and other mechanical equipment. People want "nature" in their living rooms, and seeing mechanical stuff pulls back the curtain on the wizard of oz. I get it.
But allow me to offer up a different idea.
I want to see your canisters. I want to see your sumps. I want to see plumbing. I'd like to see Lucite canister motor housings. I want to see Lucite sump pumps. I want to see hard-piping linking LED lit Lucite Head Canisters.
Stop hiding you mechanicals people. I was much more interested in the wizard of Oz's control panel, instead of his fancy special effects display.
Don't just pull back the curtain. Tear it down! Fully integrated hard-piped, modular Lucite motor driven filtration goodness.
I guess what i'm driving it is that there should be no reason for the sticky above that shows people what's under their tank, it should be part and parcel of the tour!
