Thank you wingate! But I need to move out my L200 at least to my 40g because he likes the taste of plants, must go well with sweet potato lol

cohazard i think we need a 500 gallon and just stock it with... i think 30 birchirs should do it.

Yeah that would look sweeeet! Do it vaine, you know you have my support :headbang2

i'm debating on it, that would be an awesome tank... but i can't concentrate my 280g for them though... i can make my 72" 120 into one. can probably go with about 15 maybe push it to 20:D.

Dude Stump I've got this thing sitting three floors up off the solid ground lol I dont' recommend it though, not a day goes buy I don't fear for the lives of my downstairs neighbors
While I won't be trying that, I do feel a hell of a lot better about my second story 55g. ;).... lol

where do you buy your bichirs?

All over the place, some of them from various LFS's across SoCal, some from other MFKers, the long fin was given away free at the 2008 SoCal meet at HOS, ordered from Rehoboth a couple times, etc...

@ Vaine, it doesn't have to be polys only. There are a lot of cool fish out there compatible with them. I have a big black angelfish with mine lol
