I feed my aro MP... it feed it 1 piece at a time, it never get to the bottom of the tank..

I thought that frozen foods were a no-no. It was my understanding that the cold can sort of "flash freeze" them.

thaw it out right and you should be good

remember to always defrost properly it can damage the liver if the aro takes it fully frozen and usually arowana will take it straight away but if not lower it slowly into the water and it should be good

my aros been eating frozen shrimp for over a year. it usually thaws quick enough while he swims around with it in his mouth for a few seconds.

thaw it out completely, it will be much easier to eat.

i thaw my shrimp out in cold water and that takes 5 minutes.

no way your shrimp can thaw out that quickly

unless your arowana does a 5 minute dance around the shrimp before eating it.

I have to handfeed my aros because they just can't compete with dorados. I learned that waving the food in the water helps them to eat more eagerly. Give it a try.

My aros, knives and pbass are all very good at getting food from the bottom of the tank. No tricks involved I guess ... just starvation and patience.

One advantage of having a packed monster comm like mine is that there's a lot of competition for food and the fish all eat well.
