I wouldn't attempt that combination considering that the archer fish inhabits the same levels of the aquarium as the arowana.
I am being offered an Fresh water archer by my LFS. Got a 3 ft,1.5,1.8 grow out tank with a jardini who is abt 6-7" . Can both the archer and jar be kept together knowing the temperament of the jar I am a little worried as I love both. I am not believing the LFS as he says both can workout together. Apart from the jar the tank has 4no. Tin foil barbs and a newly introduced sunshine pleco L14. If anyone has kept the archers with the jar can suggest. Thanks in advance.

Check this video, although its a huge pond, the archer exists with the jar.
Never trust advice from someone trying to take your money
There is no jardini in that video.
Not a jar??? Matbe i do not lnow the difference cause i am new on keeping pearl arowana but clearly There is a golden saffire arowana i.e. species of pearl arowana.
Archers aren't freshwater fish, they are brackish water fish. So thats a reason why not to attempt this. I also agree with Ryan that it probably wouldn't work out anyway.
