freshwater atlantic ray

HEll yea unless they are starving... I have found a few fish missing its eyeballs dead... i assume the stingray i dunno why. But they are calm as can be, get along well with Geophagus, and Datnoids!
 
awsome! im excited to watch him grow! do they grow pretty fast? its funny i never really had any interest in rays...then i saw this one and im obsessed over it. he wont bother my 17" gar will he?
 
very docile.. i got a teacup AKA 3 inch disk ray last may and now it is about 7 or so. medium growers..
 
i removed the substrate today and offered the ray some red worms. as of now he hasnt eaten anything yet. how long do youre rays normally take to get comfy and eat? also what sand is best to use in a ray tank?
