Why do people feel the need to link pythons when someone talks about a cleaning crew..

^lol... yes, I know all about the Python. I even have 2. My question was more about establishing a well planned ecosystem with natural cleaners as well.

Like I said... in saltwater, a clean up crew is vital. Looks like freshwater not so much.

I have a 120 gal reef and a 150 gal fresh and the reef is definitely less maintenance

for tanks with small fish you can go with some small shrimp, my wife does so it her guppy tank and they are doing pretty well
