Freshwater fish that look like saltwater fish

bull sharks live just fine in fresh water they have even been suspected of breeding in fresh water in rivers in austrailia

yes but I think the shark needs to go back to saltwater to get nutrients from the salt. Kinda like salmon they only go fw when they spawn. My theory is not proven tho... But I doubt he has a 20,000g tank! Lol

oscars always reminded me of grouper in some way. so, i can kind of agree.

This might not be exactly whath the OP is loooking for but I've had a few people mistake my Clown Loaches for Clown Fish. They said "look, you have a bunch of Nemos".

I caught a show that said Bulls were spawing in FW and they specualted that offspring have spent their entire lives in FW.
