Freshwater Goby Thread

there are so many freshwater gobies and so little information about them all... even for those with amazon biotopes, there are fw amazon gobies... some even occur in temperate areas.
 
Yes. I am talking about PURE freshwater gobies, there are tons, but very little information. I am aware that bumblebees and violet gobies are brackish, but they can thrive and reproduce in hard, alkaline (but otherwise fresh) water.
 
Have you looked into the Rhinogobius sp.? They're found in Mekong River and Chao Phraya of Thailand.
