I use it after some big bites on one of my females lol. Prevents infection, reduces stress, and i like to think it speeds up healing, though that last part i cant confirm. If I haven't had to use it in 2 months or so I'll toss some in for good measure. Either dissolve, or toss in sump. No need every water change, your rays may get used to it and miss it when you finally stop.
