Holy cow!

PM Oddball maybe?

Looks like a prolapse. Like the guts are hanging out. I dont know if that is treatable though. Frankly I have never seen it in a fish. I would try to move all the other fish out of there just so they dont pick on it or anything and try and contact a specialist. I have seen some vets do surgeries on large catfish and aros so you never know they might be able to do stingrays too. Good luck with that man.

Looks like either the largest prolapse I've ever seen or an evisceration. Can't tell if it's the latter by the provided photos. Either way, it will take surgery and antibiotic therapy to have the intestines reinserted and aligned within the peritoneum. Then, repair the herniated peritoneum. I've never heard of this being accomplished on small rays. But, you never know, veterinary medicine is constantly advancing. Good Luck!!

OMG! So sorry to see and hear this. that looks bad....

Yes indeed, it looks bad! I've had rays prolapse, but not to that degree. Definitely consult a vet, although I don't think there will be much they can do. Mind you that it may cost more than the ray is worth if they can perform something, and that's not even a guarantee that it will work.

that is purhaps that nastiest thing i've ever seen. I hate things like that.. Intestines sticking out and what not. i actually feel slightly ill
