A solid case is where u have evidence of him REALLY doing it.

Right now u only have a suspicion and now jumping to conclusions.

Technically this is called slander and in the States i think its a very sueable issue.

Yeah, I think its unfair to accuse him or anybody of doing it without clear cut evidence. He does love this place and if he didnt, he wouldnt have made that myspace group.
