totally comes down to personal preference but im wanting something big cool and fairly chill. most frilled dragons ive handeled were pretty chill.

Beardies are the chillest but the frilled is a more exotic looking creature.....Frilled Lizards are very fast and would seemingly need a much larger enclosure for the same size lizard.....just my thoughts. i love our beardie!

Frilled lizards are generally more active and they do need a comparatively larger enclosure, should also be more vertically oriented as they do climb and bask on branches.
They are a bit more unpredictable than beardies but for the most part are very relaxed and pretty happy to sit in your hand...or more often..on your shoulder and just chill with you. You don't have to deal with lizard salad for frillies so that can be seen as a plus.
otherwise care is pretty much the same. Many people will say that frillies are the arboreal version of beardies

Frillies are better conversation starters but beardies have more active personalities. I still prefer frilleds.

frilled!!!!!

well, frilleds are usually 400$ for juvies around me and i found a guy who bought one and is letting it go for 75. but i cant pick it up till next weekend so it'll prolly be gone. ill prolly end up adopting a beardie.

Where have you seen them that high? Aussie frilleds are pricey but even adult New Guinea frilleds are less than $200 I payed $120 for mine before there were so many of them in the trade (they used to be very rare in captivity a few years ago).

petco is the only place thats ever carried them. besides, i picked up a 125 reptile setup so im going to adopt a beardie and give it a good home.
