i've got a spare 35 that i was planing on using. what kind of inexpensive ($30) frogs could be kept in groups in there? i like the native idea, but how many leopards could i keep in there?

You could probably keep three or four leopards in there. I don't have a whole lot of experience with leopard frogs, but it seemed like pretty much all they did was hide. They're beautiful frogs though...and I don't know you might have better luck if you raise them from tadpoles.
the only problem w/ leopards is that they can jump pretty fair distances and get hurt by smashing into a pane of glass when the get spooked. if i wasn't so worried them jumping i'd probably have one by now.
I keep several kinds of frogs in vivariums/paladariums. my favorites are clown and milk frogs.... leopard frogs are fun but can be bullies to other frogs....
