Is a 20 gallon big enough for a single frogfish, I was told it would be the bare minimum since they barely move at all.

I'd do it.
Stay away from the species that get HUGE though.

just choose a smaller species of frog fish and you'll be good and keep some nice live rock and fine grain sand for it as well.

Yes certain specis you could keep a few in there. Truely amazing fish I loved mine before his sad demise. Get use to only having one species though.

What species do you sugest? It would be kind-a cool to have two in there, but I'm also fine with just having one. Also ho much rock do you suggest, I have about 25 lbs. of base, and I was going to seed it with a little live rock. Also what type of filtration would you suggest, would say a AC 110 or Emperor 400 work?

Here are a few species I have found and liked, Histrio Histrio (Sargassum Frogfish), Antennarius Sp., and Antennarius Striatus (Zebra Frogfish)

Sargassum Frogfish - about 10 - 13cm in length...easily feed on a fish of the same body length...although placid..

Antennarius Sp...a beast...average about a 10 inches to a foot in length, in captivity....

Antennarius Striatus....another large frogfish...average about 10 inches in captivity

Out of these, the only one i would concider is the Sargassum...

That's the information I found as well. How much is 10-13cm in inches? Sorry, I am bad with conversions. I will be going with a Sargassum Frogfish then. Thanks.
