Yea, I plan on gettin a hammer. They are wild looking.

I have three different varieties in my tank...purple and green, red and green, and green.

If you were interested I do coral packs that with shipping work out to be less than $10 a frag if you buy enough corals to fill the small box I send them in.

Frogspawn, hammer & torch will all be fine touching each other & will not fight chemically.

I agree. I had a frogspawn that "burnt" a piece of monti digitata. The monti was only a frag, so I moved it and it grew back. I added a torch coral next to the frogspawn and it's been fine for months now. Grew from 2-3 heads so far.

Do you guys spot feed any of these corals? Mine just grab scraps of food that float by.

I spot feed everything with a mouth.

So you spot feed zoas, candy canes, torchs,..etc?

In my tank, most of the corals have mouths (except the stony corals of course) but I've never spot fed. I just might have to start...

What do you feed? Cyclopleeze? Others?

Thanks for the info again PP!:headbang2

The only things I don't spot feed are SPS & zoanthids. Even palyothas will eat chunks of mysis & bloodworms. I defrost those 2 in a bowl of tap water, drain & add RO water. I then add Selcon, Vita-Chem, Rod's Food, Cyclopseese, Oyster eggs, & whatever else i can find that is powdered or frozen meant for reef tanks. I mix well & feed with a turkey baster.

I wouldnt mind tryin to do a coral pack with those three hammer varities and some other stuff . How many heads per frag? What all do u have?? I spot feed some times on my corals but most of the time may get whats floatin around that is left over from the fish.
