Ya powerglow s a flourescent light that is purple only gives off about 16 watts. Buy a compact soon or the coral wont survive.

You plan on keeping corals you need to bump up your lighting A LOT, not to mention it looks like you got brown algae spanning your substrate that you should get rid of .
I agree, a lot more lighting is required to properly maintain this coral and keep it alive.
Dual 65-watt power compacts bulbs (total 130 watts) over your 29gal tank would probably be considered the minimum lighting required for this type of coral.
