Do more water changes.... That is if you have the time...
I've upped mine to 30 to 40% wc every 3rd day...
Sometimes every 5 days if I'm too busy..
I wouldn't worry unless your fish started acting out of the ordinary or showing signs of stress

That's too much... Sonething must have gone the wrong way to do that much with your stocks...
Either over feeding or not enough filtration.

What ever it was... Your on top of it because your fish and water look good in the pics

And yes... I am definitely at full capacity..
