His expression says it all huh? I just got home, almost expecting to see him dead, and instead I find him looking at me with this expression of "whew". Before I left for work I had found him swimming sideways in the 125, and I knew somthing wasn't right. I immediately rushed him to another tank while I performed an emergency water change that almost made me late. I started draining the big tank, I came back upstairs and things looked BAD. He was straight up and down, mouth at the top, tail at the bottom. I called fishfobia "Does he have a chance, or should I put him out?" "Give him a chance" he said. I didn't want him to suffer, but I couldn't give up as long as he was breathing. Sure enough, I come home to see this, and I had to take a pic and post this story.

Odd note: I found what looked to be bread crumbs or somthing like that floating all over the tank he is in now. The only other fish in the tank are a few pumpkinseeds, and so far the only thing I have tried to feed them is pellets. Does anyone know what this could be? I have only had the bullhead about 3 or 4 days. Could this be somthing he ate before I caught him and then regurgitated now? Could this have somthing to do with him almost dying? Regardless, I am very pleased to see that he is alive and well.:D

congrats on the catch and keepin him alive. in my experience if they regurgitated something up it goes on the bottom it might be a pellet that the fish did not eat
