wow had no idea those where wild in ca lol very cool.

I'm currently not in California at the moment. I've been in Taiwan for the last year. It took me a while to find fishing spots, understand the language barrier, and translate what fish is what into English. Imagine someone telling you the name of a fish in Chinese, and then you have to figure out what the scientific name is, or common name is in English. My next goal would be to look for some snakeheads here. I'm just having that language barrier again trying to ask around the tackle shops here. I have no idea what else they have around here.

Nice catch. How big is this guy? How big is the tank he is in? And can you catch some for Us? JK no really can you :D

They range in size from 3" to 8". I was using some tiny tiny minnow hooks with a leader that was about 1 lb test, and lost a few fish that were much bigger than the 8". I went back and got bigger hooks and will be out tomorrow to catch some bigger ones. If you would like some, I'm planning to see what I can ship to my buddy in California. I'm trying to figure out what fish here are cheaper, and then shipping a big box to him. But I will see what I can do. Also, I have to figure out what other things I can ship back besides common fish such as cichlids.
