How old is the fish? Could be the cause of this.

What are the tankmates? Could be stressing him, causing this as well.

Maybe its a grim diagnosis, but this is the position all of my older fish have died in.

Take this with a grain of salt however because I dont have any variables to go on.

Are you feeding him sinking pellets?

I m feeding him sinking pellets . I m not sure of its age but he is only 4inch in lenght . His tank mates are yellow labs and 2 other frontosa same size as him they are all doin fine .... I m very worried i dont wan it to die

Get him OUT of the container! You are only stressing him more in there potentially making the issue worse, Not to mention the water quality in there. He's better off in the main tank floating at the top than being rammed to the bottom of a tiny container. Put him in a quarantine tank if you can and treat with salt and very frequent water changes.

He looks like he's stressed. Most likely being picked on by the other fronts and possibly the yellow labs.

Yeah, if you are going to isolate him in, make sure there is plenty of flow to get him wanteer. I suggest taking him out of the cup and putting him in a different tank.
