Frontosa food

I always used OSI foods in my frontosa breeding days and had great results.

The only other food used as a treat was FD jumbo krill to get them into condition.
I also did not care for the frozen stuff.

Tropheus can be fed NLS as a staple pellet just like any other African cichlid. Many tropheus keepers feed NLS exclusively, I have have as well in the past with no problem.

I heard NLS is very good but i cant find any in malaysia but we have hikari but it is expensive

NLS for mine through the week with a high protein treat of shrimp, crab, or glassworms on the weekend. i also do a decent water change on the weekend to try and trigger some spawning
