Their in a 125 gal. grow out tank ..because i expect to have to go bigger a few years down the road..

You already have plans for a bigger tank? Great!

I don't see the labs being a problem since you are putting them in separate tanks down the road. But I've heard of issues when they are in there long term.

The female lab is holding and she is in her own tank again.. we knew if we put them in with the fronts they would have alot of room and breed. Job is done so male goes back to african cichlid tank and female will stay with babies until they are fairly big.. this is her second time around with babies.. she had some beautiful babies last time. here is the picture..also some green terror babies and other african mixed in, thanks
