Frontosa in a 10 gallon

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I will not even consider moving them to a 10 gallon....

Either do not feed the fish or get someone else to feed them.

What size are they?

Right, you didn't say what size. But no matter, really. Even at 1 inch if I had a choice I wouldn't put them in a ten-- or if I did I wouldn't feed them in there anyway.

I've allowed responsible non-fishkeepers to feed my fish while I was away, taking the precaution of setting out pre-measured little cups at each tank with instructions to feed one each day to the corresponding tank, then hiding all other food containers so there's no temptation.

I agree with what everyone is saying, leave them where they are. If they are baby's I would want to feed at least every other day. Pre measure the food in ziplock bags and place the bags on the corresponding tank. Should take all of 30 seconds, dump and go. I always do a large water change the day before I leave just I case they get the bright idea to a another bag.

Great at to read your decision. Have a good and safe vacation. Fish will be ok !!
