Frontosa with sunken belly and float? Please help

Thanks guys. I tried the needle thing twice and air did come out both times but the front was still floating. I will move it to a 20g hospital tank and try the epsom salt treatment....can i use api aquarium salt instead of epsom salt? Is there a big difference between the two salts? Also, can you give me some more info on my burundi species?

Did the fish come to I skinny ? If so I would also think about treating for internal parisites as what dose every one else think

5 days ago, I put her in a 20g hospital tank, with a clay pot, and epsom salt with a 86 temp. She hasn't improved at all = ( Any other suggestions?
