frontosa with tiger oscar

Can frontosa of 2 - 3 inches live with one tiger oscar of 2-3 inches not for long term oscar will be removed when it will get big
i have a few question about oscar
1)are oscar aggressive at that size
2)are they fin nipper
3)at wht size they start to become over aggressive

mine is only aggressive to fish its own size my oscer is the biggist fish in the tank i used to have another oscar a bit smaller than him and he used to pick on him had to get rid of him. about 2 months ago got another 10 inch oscar put him in and my oscar went after him and badly beat him up, click on my gallery to see pics of my tank and fish they all get along now no probs,

Oscars are aggressive in a "get out of my way" aggressive not "I want you dead just because" aggressive. I would think the frontosa would be more aggressive.

Oscars are South American, Fronts are African.

1 is soft water, low pH, the other is hard water, high pH.

Hence, both completely incompatible.

And thats before we move onto diet and landscaping.

These fish should never be kept together, no excuses.

fronts also like to be in 'colonies' with other fronts and are much slower growers than oscars. Your front will probably hide all the time...
