frontosa with tiger oscar

It doesn't matter how many Fronts you have, the problem is putting an Oscar with 1 or 100 Fronts.

American and African Cichlids not only come from different continents, but they also come from water made up in a completely different way.

You wouldnt see a Polar Bear in the Amazon, or a Lion in the Artic Circle.
Sure, they may survive for a period of time, but it would be a relatively short period of time, and it would be incredibly painful at the same time.

You need to remember, its your choice to buy a live creature, so you have the responsibility to house it as comfortably as possible.

yes i know that they are from different region i started the thread bcoz i seen few videos on youtube in which ocsar and front were kept together similarly in the above replays someone told me that he have kept both together for about two years with no problems

I wouldn't even bother with an oscar, just get more fronts. Fronts grow slow, but they do get fairly large. However, If you get the right male to female ratio in a large tank, males will grow fast!

Fronts can be rather lazy around the tank, but if action is what you are looking for, just throw some feeders in and they will show you their potential.
