frontosa ???

I have always been a new world guy and have kept south american stuff for years.

I am building a 3D rock ledge background for my 220 and thinking of doing a frontosa tank. How big of a colny can i keep in a 220?

I would like to have a couple other fish in the tank to go with them so keep that in mind. I am also up for ideas on these others. what is good to keep with frontosa ?

Watch out keeping other fish with frontosa. The other fish will nip at the beautiful long fins they get. I have seen 8 frontosa in a 125 so in a 220 there is no reason why you couldn't have like 14... You would be making so much money from the babies... I would get blue zaire

When I had some I went with 1.7 adults in a 135g and all went we'll.

12-14 is a good number IMO
