Unbury your caves so the fronts can fit in them with their fins spread. Ditch the gravel and switch to sand (you can get play sand or pool filter sand at most stores like target, walmart, home depot, etc).
the sand is better?

Frontosa need length of tank at least 6 feet 125 is a great starter size. I like strawberry pots for caves. also make sure you use sinking pellets omega3 and also you will need mysis shrimp spurilina and brine shrimp. I like Havocs ideal of PFS I have that in my front tanks. I have raised Burundi,Kigoma, Mpimbwe.

To clean sand, just rinse it with water from the tank its going in in a bucket, then tip the water out and repeat several times untill the water that has been rinsed through the sand is as clean as when you started with it. So prefferbly when your doing a water change. I might not be clear but PM me if you want more info.

Steer clear of play sand... stick to the pool filter sand at your local pool supply store. Rinse it out in a five gallon bucket until the runoff is clear. It works great and won't muddy up the tank like play sand.
