I hate to be the bearer of bad news but you have a HUGE mess on your hands. You are right your tank is WAY to small for all of those fish. You also have CA cichlids with african cichlids. Im going to take a shot in the dark and guess that you have alot of fighting going on in that tank of yours. I would purchase a few tanks while your saving for a bigger one. If you would like an all frontosa setup, then save $$$ and purchase a minimum 125 gallon setup. Fronts do alot better in a 6 foot tank.
 
Here is a VERY good site so you can learn more about frontosa'a www.cyphos.com . I dont meen to offend you just letting you know that its a very bad mix. Pet stores are alot of the blame because all they want to do is sell fish no matter how they do it.
 
i dont like that site. they dont respond to your Qs like MFK. MFK is better and has nicer people.
 
no they do fight at all the y are actually peace full i havent had prob with fighting yet
they all eat good so is it still a prob if there not fighting

I take it most of your fish are pretty much new. In this case you will be ok till they mature. As they mature you will see fighting often. I would predict that you convicts will start attacking everything. If its not the convict it will be the electric blues that will start something. Those 2 cichlids are what i would consider the problems.

I would recommend when you get a bigger tank that you go with a front only tank. Its my favorite of all 20 of my tanks. Its also the center peice of my livingroom. Good luck and post pics if you can

I just thought he might like to see forums more targeted at frontosa's. That site has some awesome pics of setups. But yes i do like MFK alot because of the diversity:headbang2
 
i will move my fron when he or she gets bigger
but my convicts just started breeeding so i am happy
and i have 2 female electrics
thanks for the advice ill keep u posted
 
if they just started breeding they will soon be parents and will want to protect the fry from threats...ie everything else in the tank... get a new tank and put those convicts in it... can be on the small side they do not need too much
