I rescued a group of blue zarie frontosas. 2 females 5 males-10 inches. They seem to be fighting alot and not sure what to do. They are in a 170g tank with other large fishes so the possibility of putting in rocks is not an option. If i add a group of small common frontosas do you guys think the aggression will be reduced?

Thanks

I think you have too many males, either remove some males or remove females. A 3:1 ratio would be better

I have heard of people doing all male Show tanks because males offten are brighter, and more colorful. making them more desirable in a show tank.

i think an all male colony might work if there are no females in there. post up some pics if possible.

Sorry that made me laugh.
I think by all male he means all male (Meaning No Females)
