but you need to get rid of those small tanks and get atleast two tanks as big as those tables to keep at the top of each table the small ones can go to the bottom

This site has a way of doing that to you

I need to do some major reinforcing in order to put larger tanks on the top of those work benches, I don't trust em, only single 2x4 legs spaced about 4' apart. I want to at least double them up and add some center supports, there is a nice 2x4 frame under the plywood sheet tops though, so all I'd really need to work on are the legs.
